Discovery & Planning (1 week)

We start by learning about your business, goals, audience and competitors. Next comes planning the site architecture, navigation, and layouts for header, footer, homepage and main pages. Research and design strategy ensures a smooth and focused project from the beginning.

Design & Feedback (2 weeks)

Next, we bring your vision to life with custom design concepts that reflect your brand and engage your audience. Another option is to skip designing mockups and go straight to design & development in WordPress. You'll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback so every detail aligns with your expectations.

WordPress Website Development (3 - 6 weeks)

Site development starts with creating the global styles for color, typography and components. High quality stock photography is curated, custom graphics are created, expertly crafted responsive design is implemented for all devices, and forms and functionality are set up, configured and tested.

Website Launch (1 week)

After any requested changes are finalized, your website goes live. Testing of all forms and functionality with the client follows. Finally, you'll receive a detailed hand-off document, training session, and support 30 days post-launch to ensure everything runs seamlessly. All websites we design are easy to update, and we provide clear instructions so you can make changes confidently.

Timely feedback during each stage will also help keep the project on track and running smoothly.

Will I be able to update the website myself after it's completed?

Yes, absolutely—you’ll be able to update your WordPress website yourself once it’s finished. I design with user-friendly tools that make it easy to edit text, images, and even add new pages. I also provide basic training or guidance so you feel confident managing your site.
